This was a nice apartment and our overall experience was positive. Obviously, an effort has been made to anticipate our needs and everyone on your staff has been friendly and helpful. The things which would draw me back include the design which allowed striking views from east, south, and west and outside deck. We appreciated the hardwood floors and use of lamps rather than overhead lighting. The spacious bathroom with bathtub and a window for natural lighting, ventilation, an striking view was appreciated. We liked the comfortable generously sized bed and the generous amount of closet space and dresser space for clothes. We appreciated the well stocked kitchen and its first rate appliances.

I liked both places and I could imagine spending more time in either. the one on 44th is terrific for me locationwise. I seem to have more of a downtown sensibility and when I found out how easy it was to access the hudson river bike path and that I could rollerblade all the way to riverside park, I was sold on the thompson street apartment.

'Ax of Love' is due to get back on its feet in october, but I have a broadway producer nibbling at it now, too.

My friends and us were very pleased with the accomodations. We found it in as-new condition, perfectly located and convenient to sites and transportation. We found the apartment to be very quiet and private, quite literally an oasis in a very busy city. The main difference between this apartment and a hotel was that, within one day, we felt as though it was our home in New York City. I would highly recommend this way of being in New York over a hotel because one gets a sense of actually living there rather than visiting.

You have a great site and a great product... Great inventory for folks doing renovations for 3-6 months (which is most of The Bristol Plaza's business). You should also call into the Human Resource (especially Wall Street) and Relocation businesses -- all of which are looking ways to reduce costs -- as sublet [and your corporate rental] apartments are significantly cheaper than "corporate apartment"alternatives.
